A campus master plan was developed for this academic and residential campus for the British base of Wycliffe Bible Translators. The plan has not been all implemented, but the new dining hall/classroom building in the lower right (Bede Hall) was located according to the plan, and the design was developed from a schematic by AOJ.

A master plan for housing in the Ludlow neighborhood was prepared for the Philadelphia Housing Authority.

A series of townhouses arranged in 3- and 4-unit buildings set on the site with the Wycliffe Bible Translators regional office building, now Resurrection Anglican Church.

Upon newly acquiring a redundant sports college this residential community, together with its manufacturing facility run by the community, needed a master plan to guide development. The existing buildings were analyzed and uses designated. A plan for use of the various buildings was developed and renovation plans drawn up for converting part of the service areas of the main house, a Victorian country house designed by architect George Devey, to flats. Since the main house is a listed building these plans had to be approved as being compatible with the historic character of the structure. Another aspect of the services AOJA provided was assistance with the preparation of a grant application to the Heritage Lottery Fund.

A campus master plan developed was at the request of the University after AOJ designed the Maluku Studies Centre on the campus. Master plan developed with Richard Krantz, who did the renderings.
