AOJ was project architect/project manager for the new condo building in the foreground, and principal designer for the adjacent renovated townhouse in the background. The client wanted the two buildings to relate to each other, hence the design of the bay windows in the rear addition of the townhouse. Design architect for the new building was Atkin Olshin Schade Architects, Philadelphia, PA.
