As the cornerstone of the Beech Grove Community, the historic country house St Asaph’s Court, designed by George Devey, will be maintained in its original condition as much as possible. As part of his work for the Beech Grove Community, AOJ designed a renovation of part of the kitchen wing turning it into residential flats, a design that had to be reviewed by the government to ensure it did not damage the historic character of the building.
